The role focuses on Genesys Cloud CX, CCaaS, omnichannel communication, WFM, AI, NLP, APIs, and cloud technologies.
- Work with Genesys Cloud CX, CCaaS, omnichannel solutions, WFM, AI, APIs, and cloud integrations to design modern Contact Center environments
- Take ownership of the overall technical architecture and long-term development of the Genesys Cloud platform
- Design secure, scalable, and resilient solutions across voice, digital channels, routing, queuing, workforce management, and reporting
- Translate business requirements into solution architectures, technical specifications, integrations, and configuration concepts
- Lead architecture discussions and solution workshops while supporting engineering and product teams with technical guidance
- Identify opportunities to use AI, bots, NLP, conversational technologies, and digital channels to improve customer interactions
- Establish architecture standards, governance principles, and best practices across the Contact Center technology landscape
