Are you an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys working in an international environment and wants to take ownership of the full recruitment cycle across Europe?
For an international company with a strong presence across European markets, we are looking for a European Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing HR team in Prague.
What will you do?
You will take ownership of recruitment activities from sourcing to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues across Europe.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, agencies and other channels
- Screening CVs and assessing candidate suitability
- Conducting phone/video interviews and pre-screenings
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Preparing candidates for interviews and following up afterwards
- Supporting reference checks, background checks and pre-employment testing
- Managing the offer process, including negotiation and administration
- Maintaining accurate candidate data in the ATS
- Tracking recruitment KPIs and preparing regular recruitment reports
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with professional networks and talent communities
- Keeping up to date with recruitment trends and innovative sourcing methods
- Ensuring compliance with relevant recruitment legislation
- Supporting wider HR projects when required
