We are seeking a dynamic Junior HR Specialist to join our client's team.
Main responsibilities include the following:
- Manage day-to-day HR internal processes and employee communication
- Support implementation and coordination of HR programs and initiatives
- Participate in HR projects such as process standardization and benefits alignment
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, resolving HR-related queries
- Conduct HR data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Support compensation & benefits projects in cooperation with HR Business Partners
- Assist with mobility programs and HR delivery activities
- Contribute to implementation of changes in collective bargaining agreements
- Provide support and training to HR community stakeholders
