* Build and improve KPIs/metrics for Contracts & Billing operations
* Use AI tools (Claude, Copilot) to analyse NetSuite and Salesforce data
* Create dashboards, reports, and decision-ready insights
* Identify root causes and drive process improvements
* Analyse Salesforce tickets/cases (trends, ageing, recurring issues)
* Detect billing issues, revenue leakage, disputes, and re-bill trends
* Collaborate with Finance, IT, Data, and Commercial teams
* Support NetSuite and ticketing system improvements
* Deliver monthly KPI and operational reporting to leadership
* Ensure compliance with operational policies and audit requirements
* Promote continuous improvement and responsible AI usage
* Support efficient global Contracts & Billing operations
