Are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for the world of motorcycles? We are looking for an analytical powerhouse to join our Prague team. In this role, you will be the "brain" behind our business operations for the Czech and Slovak markets, turning complex data into actionable sales strategies and robust financial plans.

You will play a critical role in forecasting, budgeting, and market sensing, ensuring our business remains competitive and our growth targets are not just met, but exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Planning: Lead the creation of "Niguri" (supply/demand) and "Tanki" (short-term) plans. You will be responsible for monthly sales planning that accounts for real-time market performance and trends. ?️

Financial Stewardship & Budgeting: Take full ownership of budget preparation within our internal systems. You’ll perform deep-dive P&L analyses and provide comprehensive financial reporting to the MC Section Manager.

Market Intelligence: Conduct "market sensing" for the CZ/SK regions. You’ll monitor competitor moves and brand performance to ensure we stay ahead of the curve. ?

Performance Analytics: Set and coordinate sales goals, manage dealer pre-orders, and handle stock allocation to ensure the right products are in the right places at the right time.

Incentive & Campaign Management: Oversee bonus billing and campaign credit management, ensuring all promotional financial flows are accurate and timely.

Ad-Hoc Specialized Reporting: Support Central Europe (CE) analysis and create custom, high-level reports to solve specific business challenges as they arise.

Operational Support: Act as a key touchpoint for dealers and logistics, providing the data-backed insights they need for daily operations. ?
